Accessibility.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Measures built into this site include:

• Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading order.
• A skip link to main content, and visible keyboard focus indicators that are never suppressed.
• Text and interface colours checked for a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for body text.
• Touch and click targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels.
• Full support for the reduced-motion preference, which removes animation and smooth scrolling.
• Text that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to a 320 pixel viewport, and remains usable when zoomed to 200 percent.
• Form fields with visible, persistent labels rather than placeholder-only labelling.
• Meaningful alternative text on images, and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.

Some content is provided by third parties, including embedded scheduling tools, and we do not fully control its accessibility. Where a third-party component creates a barrier, we will provide the same service by another means on request, including by telephone or email.

We have not yet completed an independent third-party accessibility audit. This site is new and under active development. Accessibility is reviewed as pages are added, and this statement will be updated as issues are found and fixed.
