Client Advisory
Senior Client Adviser
Hold the relationship after signature, through implementation and the annual review cycle.
Remote, United StatesFull time
Why this seat exists
Engagements are multi-year and facts change. The client needs one person who knows their whole picture and is still there in year three.
What you would own
- 01Own a book of engaged clients from implementation onward
- 02Run the annual recalibration: what changed in their facts, what changed in the law, what needs revisiting
- 03Spot the events that require action before the client mentions them
- 04Coordinate the technical team on behalf of the client
- 05Handle the conversations where the answer is that something is no longer available
What we are looking for
- Experience holding senior client relationships in a technical advisory setting
- Sound technical judgment and the confidence to escalate rather than improvise
- Genuine long-horizon orientation. This seat is measured on retention and outcomes, not activity
Useful, not required
- CPA, CFP, EA, or JD
- Prior private client or family office experience
What we offer
- A defined book rather than an open-ended queue
- Compensation weighted to retention and client outcomes
